Attorney Matthew Garver stated the Oath of Office does not require an oath. The oath was taken when he (Dr. Laverne Cook)became a board member. During last month's board meeting, the nomination of the vice president was motioned, and it was seconded.

I. Superintendent's Evaluations
Karla McGehee, Director of Human Resources, discussed an overview of the superintendent's evaluation context. Hammond and Sill created the evaluation based on the superintendent's contract.
The superintendent was evaluated in Educational Programs and Planning. All scores were divided by the number of board members.
Topics of evaluation included: Relationship with School Board; Personnel;
Business and Financial Management; Community Relationships;
Individual Characteristics; Job-Related Characteristics; Performance Objectives; and Performance Targets
