New Business
1. Determine the interview procedure order to be utilized. Attorney Jon K Guice explained the proper procedure for interviewing the candidates. Numbers were drawn by each candidate to determine the order of who will be called to interview.
2. Conduct superintendent interviews.

3. Consider the election of a superintendent or the selection of a finalist for an additional interview.
Mr. Kates request a motion to go into executive session to determine the selection of the superintendent. It was motioned by Mr. Hughes. Second by Dr. Williams. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
Mr. Kates requested a motion to bring the meeting back to order. It was motioned by Dr. Williams. Second by Mr. Hughes. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

Mr. Kates request a motion to verify the votes of the elected superintendent. It was motioned by Dr. Williams. Second by Dr. Cook. The motion passed with six yeas and one no.

A second vote was cast, and the votes were approved with unanimous approval.
