The Bogalusa School Board met in a Regular Board Meeting at the Bogalusa City School Board Office Media Center, located at 1705 Sullivan Drive, Bogalusa, Louisiana, on Thursday, November 19, 2015 beginning at 5:30 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to address information received from Department Supervisors, on Monday, October 27, 2015, during the Committee Meeting, regarding updates and approval requests.

4.)            Roll Call: X President Creel, X Vice President Kates, X Mrs. Duke, X Mr. Hymel, _X_ Mr. Kemp, _X_ Rev. Mims, _X_ Dr. Williams

5.)            Approval of Minutes of Regular Board Meeting October 29, 2015. It was motioned by Vice President Mr. Kates. A second was made by Rev. Mims. With all in attendance, the motion passed with unanimously approval.

A.)            Approval of November, 2015 Budget Revisions and Financial Statements, General Fund, Food Services, Special Revenue and School Activities (Deloris Walker)

It was motioned by Rev. Mims. A second was made by Mr. Kemp. With all in attendance, the motion passed.

B.)            Approval to discard System Wide Fixed Assets (Deloris Walker) Item was struck from Agenda.
